Conbillet.dk supports payments via PayPal and Stripe. It is up to the individual organization which of these payment platforms are available for their events.
Your ticket is not guaranteed until the payment have been automatically verified.
All amounts on the website is in DKK. Danske kroner and includes VAT.
All communication between Conbillet.dk and the selected payment gateway is encrypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Hence, your information is secured.
Conbillet.dk accepts PayPal, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
A PayPal account is not required for payment.
All communication containing credit card information is occurring directly from your device to Stripe's service. Stripe will return a token which your device will use instead of the credit card information. Hence your credit card information is never known to Conbillet.dk.
After payment your seat is immediately reserved and your ticket available through your logon.
Conbillet.dk cannot be held responsible for the event, but only delivers the ticket and handles reservations at events. If an event is cancelled, the organization will issue a refund of the ticket according to the procedure described in the terms and conditions for the particular event.
If you want to cancel a purchase, please get in touch with the organization unit of the event for which you want to cancel your purchase. The contact details can be found at the information page for the event.
Purchases are instant and are processed automatically. The particular event may have a cancellation policy, and a cancellation fee may be subtracted from the amount returned, should you arrange for a cancellation with the organizational unit of the event.
